As a SendaNewsletter partner
you will be entitled to commission – an agreed share of the
revenues generated from subscribers to the service using your unique
code.
You will receive commission on a quarterly basis. If
you have accrued GBP50 or more by the end of a quarter, the full
amount will be paid into the account of your choice. If you have
accrued less than GBP50 the amount accrued will carry over into
the following quarter.
The quarterly periods end on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September
and 31 December. You will receive any commission due to you within
20 days of these dates.
You are responsible for ensuring that your bank and
VAT details are always up to date. We will deduct a charge from
your commission for any extra time taken to process a payment to
you as a result of inaccurate information.
By signing up as a SendaNewsletter partner you automatically
agree to be contacted by us occasionally with updates about the
service.
You can end your partnership with SendaNewsletter at
any time, but will not receive any further commission after that
point.
By becoming a partner you agree not to advocate the
distribution of unsolicited email marketing but to encourage subscribers
to use the SendaNewsletter service responsibly.
We reserve the right to terminate the partnership with
you at any time. In most cases we will issue an official warning
in the first instance, but any deliberate abuse of the service will
lead to immediate termination of the partnership with no recourse
against SendaNewsletter.
